Hello! My name is Freda Maletsky. 

In 2019 I had a catastrophic spiritual awakening that catapulted me into going within. 

When the 2020 pandemic hit I was fully primed to use that worldwide pause to really meet myself. 

I retired from a 20 year long career in Event Planning to dedicate my life to my personal inner healing. I began a morning meditation practice that evolved into daily seated and walking meditation, which was the catalyst that changed my life. 

Through an endless collection of healers, healing courses, classes, talk therapy, over 250 spiritual books, walking meditation, connecting to nature and "cleaning up my side of the street", I had a bunch of spiritual gifts come online.

Over the course of my journey I have done a lot of inner child healing through Parts Work and Reparenting Therapy. 

Day in and day out since 2020 I drop in and I work on myself. I learned to do much of this work on my own. 

Because I learned to do this work for myself, I can teach you to do it for yourself. 

I want to show you how to return to yourself, over and over. I'm here to assist you on your spiritual journey, one that will become naturally integrated into your life so that your day to day existence is a moving prayer, connecting you to your higher self and the earth.
