I absolutely love working with Freda and feel so blessed to have her as my healer and guide.  I always feel safe and expertly guided through the healing process.  We work with whatever is ready to be cleared at the moment so each session is custom and unique.  During my sessions with Freda, I have connected with loved ones - including my great grandmother for the first time, integrated with my younger self, cleared trapped emotions that were ready to release from different parts of my body, and Freda even helped me identify and release an entity that had been with me since the age of three.
